PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fixability with a fixation temperature from a paper passing start stabilized.SOLUTION: A fixation apparatus includes: a fixation belt 21 heated by a halogen heater 25; a pressure roller 31 pressure-contacting with the fixation belt 21 and forming a nip part with respect to the fixation belt 21; a temperature sensor 40 for detecting the temperature of the fixation belt 21 and/or the pressure roller 31; heating control means for controlling a thermal dose from the halogen heater 25 on the basis of the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 40. The heating control means performs suppression control to the conduction rate of the halogen heater 25 according to the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 40 before reaching a fixable temperature of the fixation apparatus 20. |
