PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower part vehicle body structure for a vehicle that can reduce vehicle weight and expand layout flexibility of a distribution member while improving suspension supporting rigidity and vehicle body rigidity.SOLUTION: A lower part vehicle body structure includes a sub frame 20, a pair of right and left floor frames 3, and a pair of right and left tunnel lower frames 4. The floor frame 3 and the tunnel lower frame 4 compose a closed cross section below the floor panel 2 in cooperation with the floor panel 2 at least at the body front part. The sub frame 20 includes: a nearly linear rear cross member 24 constituted of a left-side member part 25a connecting a lower part of the left floor frame 3 and a lower part of the left tunnel lower frame 4, a right-side member part 25a connecting a lower part of the right floor frame 3 and a lower part of the right tunnel lower frame 4, and a center member part 30b connecting the right and left member parts 25a. The left-side member part 25a and the right-side member part 25a are configured to have rigidity higher than that of the center member part 30b. |
