COLOR REACTION USING TYROSINASE AND PEPTIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of carrying out a color reaction easily showing bright green to blue color by using tyrosinase, and a kit.SOLUTION: There are provided a coloration method including a process (a) of mixing a peptide and tyrosinase, a process (b) of incubating the mixture, and a process (d) of preserving the incubated mixture at a low temperature; and a kit for carrying out a color reaction including the following: (i) a peptide, and (ii) tyrosinase.
