PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize control of a radio control device by making maintenance monitoring information accord if a plurality of radio devices monitor the same maintenance monitoring information.SOLUTION: A radio communication system includes a plurality of radio devices and a radio control device for controlling the plurality of radio devices. The radio communication system is characterized by comprising: a maintenance monitoring information transmission unit for transmitting maintenance monitoring information received by the plurality of radio devices to the radio control device; and a maintenance monitoring information control unit for controlling such that the radio control device obtains the maintenance monitoring information received by the plurality of radio devices from the same transmission source as the same information.
