PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cooking property of pot shaking cooking in a cooking stove which includes a pot bottom temperature sensor having a thermosensitive head to be abutted to a bottom surface of a cooking container and pressed down and a detection switch to be turned on when the thermosensitive head is pressed down, and executes ignition limiting control for inhibiting ignition of a burner when the detection switch is off and combustion limiting control for weakening thermal power of the burner after the ignition.SOLUTION: A thermosensitive head 42 stores a detection switch 6 having a contact member 6a and a conductor member 6b both of which can be fitted to each other and face each other in a vertical direction while sandwiching a spring 44 for energizing the thermosensitive head upwards therebetween. The contact member 6a is provided with a pair of first contacts 61a with which the conductor member 6b is to be in contact when a spring compression amount becomes a first prescribed amount and which functions as a detection switch for ignition limiting control and a pair of second contacts 62a with which the conductor member 6b is to be in contact when the spring compression amount is in a range between the first prescribed amount and a second prescribed amount smaller than that amount and which functions as a detection switch for combustion limiting control. |
