PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber sheet containing ultra fine fibers that has relatively high permeability or air permeability and is excellent in mechanical strength, and is applicable to a variety of uses.SOLUTION: A fiber sheet includes a fiber layer in which ultrafine drawn fibers having an average fiber diameter of 1 μm or less, a CV value of fiber diameter (=standard deviation/average fiber diameter) of 0.5 or more and a desired fiber length are dispersed in respective fiber states. The fiber sheet comprises ultrafine drawn fibers having a relatively large variation of fiber diameters, and thus includes a fiber layer that is formed with proper voids and has relatively high permeability or air permeability. Since the ultrafine fiber which constitutes the fiber layer is a ultrafine drawn fiber, the fiber sheet has excellent mechanical strength such as tensile strength. |
