PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizer protective film capable of easily and securely adhering to a polarizer by a water-soluble adhesive while suppressing variation in a retardation value by reducing a dimensional change due to humidity, a polarizing plate using the polarizer protective film and a liquid crystal display element.SOLUTION: A polarizer protective film of the present invention is a polarizer protective film adhered to a polarizer of a liquid crystal display panel, which comprises: a base material layer consisting mainly of an acrylic resin; a first control layer which is laminated on one surface side of the base material layer and controls moisture permeability; an easily adhesive layer which is laminated on one surface side of the first control layer; and a second control layer which is laminated on the other surface side of the base material layer and controls moisture permeability, wherein the first control layer and the second control layer contain the same resin as the main component. |
