PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a candidate site database 64 including not only existing available parking lots but also the ones with availability as a parking space by utilizing an existing database.SOLUTION: From an existing database, a present parking lot data list 20 indicating pay parking lots is generated. From an existing electronic map database, vacant lots that may be utilized as parking spaces are searched and a vacant lot data list 52 is generated. Lot numbers in the vacant lot data list 52 are collated with a database in which existing buildings and uses of lands are recorded, and the vacant lots for the use clearly not suitable as the parking lot are excluded. Thereafter, optimization means 62 composites the present parking lot data list 20 and the vacant lot data list 52 and automatically generates candidate site data 66. By information from customers and actual investigation data 74 of users, completion degrees of respective pieces of data can be increased. |
