PURPOSE: A cooling tower is provided to effectively prevent the generation of white smoke by heating exhaust discharged to the outside with cooling water with high temperature. CONSTITUTION: A cooling tower comprises a case (110a), an air supply outlet (120a), an air outlet (130a), a heat exchanger (140a), a water injection unit (150a), a ventilation fan (160a), a white smoke prevention coil (180a), and an outside air mixing unit (190a). The case has a passage which air comes in and goes out from and cooling water moves through. The air supply outlet inhales outside air. The air outlet ejects indoor air. The heat exchanger cools the cooling water with high temperature in a load unit. The water injection unit sprays the cooling water on the heat exchanger. The ventilation fan presses or inhales the outside air into the passage. The white smoke prevention coil additionally heats a heat-exchanged air.
