PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor capable of highly accurate measurement which is excellent in substrate specificity to glucose and can avoid acting on saccharide other than glucose.SOLUTION: The biosensor is provided, which has a reagent layer containing a reagent peculiarly reacting on glucose in sample solution, and measures glucose concentration in the sample solution. In the biosensor, the reagent layer contains: an electron carrier; glucose dehydrogenase using flavin adenine dinucleotide as coenzyme; and at least two or more additive agents among organic acid (except a case having an amino group) having at least one carboxyl group in a molecule thereof, amino acid selected among the salt, glycine, serine, proline, threonine, lysine and taurine, and the salt, sugar alcohol, and a solubilized protein. |
