PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cassette that facilitates a dimensional control, wherein a regulating part for restricting movement of a tape that is a print medium in an upward or downward direction can be manufactured with good dimensional accuracy.SOLUTION: A first receiving part 391 that is a recess obtained by recessing a bottom surface of a bottom plate 306 upward is provided in continuous contact with an upstream end of an arm part 34 guiding the tape that is the print medium toward an exit 341 in parallel with a front surface of a cassette case, and first lower tape regulating parts 381B and 382B provided at positions separate in a vertical direction by a distance in accordance with the width of the tape from a first lower flat surface 391B of the first receiving part 391 are provided inside the arm part 34. The dimensional accuracy when manufacturing the first lower tape regulating parts 381B and 382B is made higher with the first lower flat surface 391B as a reference surface, so that the feeding accuracy of the tape is improved. In addition, the dimensional control of the first lower tape regulating parts 381B and 382B is easily performed with the first lower flat surface 391B as reference after manufacture. |
