PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shroud support repair method capable of further shortening time required for repair work.SOLUTION: When a crack 13 penetrating into an H9 welding part to be a welding part between a shroud support plate 6 and a pattering part 2 to be an inner surface of a reactor pressure vessel 1 exists, the H9 welding part is repaired. A welding part 12B on which the crack 13 of the H9 welding part exists is cut off from a lower part of the shroud support plate 6 by a processing device to form a bevel opened downward on the lower part of the H9 welding part. Repair welding is performed from the lower part of the shroud support plate 6 into the bevel by using a welding device. A repair welding part 14 having thickness of not less than required minimum plate thickness Tof the shroud support plate 6 is formed on the lower part of the H9 welding part. A portion on which a crack exists on the upper part of the H9 welding part is cut by using the processing device descended in an annulus part formed between the reactor pressure vessel 1 and a core shroud to form a deletion part 15. |
