PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bonding method capable of reducing the width of a molten burr on predetermined surfaces of a first frame member and a second frame member to a predetermined value in a pressing step.SOLUTION: A first gripping means 6a for gripping a first frame member 2a and a second gripping means 6b for gripping a second frame member 2b, a sharp blade-like front edge extending along predetermined surfaces of the first frame member and the second frame member as well as in parallel with bonding end surfaces 4a, 4b of the first frame member and the second frame member, retreating surfaces 12a-1, 12a-2, 12b-1, 12b-2 extending obliquely in a direction separating from the predetermined surfaces toward the rear from the front edge, and abutting surfaces 16a-1, 16a-2, 16b-1, 16b-2 separating from the predetermined surfaces rather than the retreating surfaces as well as positioned in front of the front edge, and extending in parallel with the front edge are arranged. In a pressing step, the first gripping means and the second gripping means are abutted on each other to reduce the gap between the front edge of the first gripping means and the front edge of the second gripping means to a predetermined value. |
