POWERTRAIN MODULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powertrain module in which manufacturing and assembly of the module are performed at a low cost, the module does not need modification of a vehicle body, and the module has reliable performance.SOLUTION: A powertrain module includes: an input part; a first bulkhead supporting the input for rotation; a hub; an electric machine including a stator connected to the first bulkhead and a rotor connected to the hub; a clutch for alternately opening and closing a drive connection between the input part and the rotor; a servo mechanism supported on the input part for actuating the clutch; and a second bulkhead supporting the hub for rotation.
