A system for marketing a real estate property including a real estate user placing a i order with a central database over the TCP/IP protocol network for delivery of at lea one signboard adapted to display information for marketing a real estate property. s central database preferably has a computer server networked via the TCP/IP protc with at least one distribution centre. The distribution centre being adapted to prep m store, repair and deliver the signboards. After receiving the order from the real es at user, the central database transmits a signal over the TCP/IP protocol network to th distribution centre to prepare and deliver a signboard to the real estate property. The e 30 estate property is most often at a location remote to the distribution centre maintenance centre.
