PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe treatment system which performs decontamination treatment by washing radioactive materials attached to waste incineration ash, trees and other contaminant contaminated by radioactive materials to a safe reference value determined by a nation and performs treatment of washing waste water discharged by the washing.SOLUTION: Washing operation is safely subjected to radioactive materials by washing by using water of the water temperature of 28.4°C or below of cesium of 137 having the lowest melting point temperature of radioactive materials. Washing waste water discharged by the washing operation is gasified by a gasification machine which repeatedly performs a precipitation operation process in a precipitation pool of a water purification facility by using specific gravity of materials, treats a small amount of contaminated precipitate or the like precipitated at a lower layer part of the precipitation pool by an exclusive radioactivity treatment facility, and can emit the washing water having a safe reference value and having specific gravity lighter in weight than those of radioactivity materials, soil, stone, or the like remaining in an upper layer part at temperature (28°C or below) smaller than a boiling point and lower than a melting point temperature, and is naturally emitted into the air. |
