PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably and stably insert a plate-like heat insulating material, which is made of a synthetic foamed resin, between structural materials by easier construction, in a heat insulating construction method for a building which does not use a metal fitting for fall prevention.SOLUTION: An elastic sheet material 6 is arranged in such a manner as to cross all structural materials 2 and 5 positioned in a section to arrange a plate-like heat insulating material 10 made of a synthetic foamed resin, and fastened to the structural materials 2 and 5. After that, the plate-like heat insulating material 10 made of the synthetic foamed resin is pushed in between the adjacent structural materials 2 and 5 from the top of the fastened elastic sheet material 6. |
