PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active immunotherapy capable of overcoming the immune evasion mechanism of a tumor and a virus.SOLUTION: A therapeutic composition or a vaccine contains a tumor-derived antigenic material and an antigenic composition containing an aliquot of homologous cells. An administration of the antigenic composition produces a reaction that stimulates a delayed hypersensitivity reaction to an antigen, thereby acting as an adjuvant to the irritation of a whole-body antitumor immune or an antipathogenic immune. |
