PURPOSE: A far infrared ray skin care, and a medical instrument utilizing carbon nano-tube is provided to derive activation of cell tissues by 90% or more far infrared ray radiation, thereby discharging waste product, and heavy metals, and promote blood-circulation. CONSTITUTION: A far infrared ray skin care, and a medical instrument utilizing carbon nano-tube comprises a nano-carbon rod far ultra red ray heating lamp(38) arranged with a constant gap, a center processing part(30) controlling the heating lamp, a far infrared ray modulator(31) , a far infrared ray controller(32) controlling heat intensity of the heating lamp, a master modulator(33) turning on/off the heating lamp, a timer controlling part(34) controlling on/off time, a key input part(35), a key input controlling part(36), an LED display part(40), an LCD controlling part(39), an infrared ray driving part(37).
