PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component structure that achieves solderless fixing, and a connector with the built-in electronic component structure. SOLUTION: The electronic component structure to be built in the connector includes: a pair of bus-bars arranged in parallel to each other; and an electronic component having leads. The leads of the electronic component are respectively resistance-welded to each lead connecting part formed in the pair of bus-bars, thereby fixing the electronic component to the pair of bus-bars. Thus, the electronic component structure is configured such that the electronic component is resistance-welded to the bus-bars.
