PURPOSE: A stamp robot of an exhibition hall and a system thereof are provided to transfer stamp robots which are located in each exhibition hall to an exhibition hall where visitors are crowded, thereby helping visitors to conveniently use a stamp robot without waiting for stamp robots. CONSTITUTION: A stamp robot of an exhibition hall comprises an input unit (100), a card processing unit (200), an output unit (300), a certificate issuing unit (400), a data storage unit (500) and a controller (600). Information on a service request from visitors, information on visitors, a request for confirmation on the visit and a request to issue a certificate of the visit are inputted into the input unit. The card processing unit changes the information confirming the visit, which is stored in exhibition tickets, or collects exhibition tickets. The output unit displays the information on a service request from visitors and questions to confirm the visit. The certificate issuing unit prints out a certificate confirming that a person visited the exhibition by using data to confirm the visit, which are generated by the controller. The data storage unit stores the information which guides an exhibition hall, voice guidance information and the questions to confirm the visit. The controller controls the certificate issuing unit to print out a certificate to confirm the visit by using data to confirm the visit.
