PURPOSE: An oil dispersion preventing apparatus of a fryer is provided to obtain an effect such as cooking with the pan closed, by preventing vapor from exhausting from the fryer by adhering the oil dispersion preventing cover to the fryer when boiling food in the fryer. CONSTITUTION: An oil dispersion preventing apparatus of a fryer comprises a frying pan(100) and an oil dispersion preventing cover(200). In the frying pan, a handle(111) is formed in the central upper part of the body(112) and a piston type connection rod(120) are formed in the central bottom part of the body. An oil dispersion preventing cover comprises a vapor outlet(210) which emits vapor or oil produced when cooking out of the fryer, and a connection part(220) which is connected in order to flow up and bottom with the piston type connection rod. The piston connection rod is manufactured with the metal is formed with the cylindrical body(121) in which the flange is formed in the top, and an elastic spring of a structure in which it is formed in the body bottom part and combine well to the connecting part. The size of body is 1.5~2.5 times greater than the vapor outlet. In the connection part, five or twenty convex regions(221) of constant interval and constant height are formed, and a fixed convex region is formed in the very top of the connection part, which is formed more deeper than the convex regions. |
