PURPOSE: A plate-type heat exchanger and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to expand a contact area between working fluid and fluid pipes by forming a spiral groove part on each fluid pipe, thereby increasing heat exchange efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A plate-type heat exchanger comprises fluid pipes (10) and turn fins (20). Working fluid passes the fluid pipes bent in multiple stages. The turn fins are spirally wound on the fluid pipes. A spiral groove part is formed on each fluid pipe in a winding direction of the turn fins. |
