A device for endoscopic transpapillary drainage and sanitization of the bile ducts contains polyvinyl chloride tube with inflatable balloon and distal openings for supplying antiseptic and draining off the bile. The inflatable balloon for fixation of the drainage in retroduodenal part of choledoch is located at the distance of from its distal end. The perforations for draining off the bile to the duodenum are located upstream. The proximal end is equipped with the valve for inflating balloon and the cock for supplying antiseptics.
