发明名称 METHOD FOR REINEMENT OF SECONDARY RAW LEAD FROM COPPER
摘要 The invention relates to nonferrous metallurgy, namely to a method for refinement of raw lead from copper. A method comprises the copper removal in two stage, at the first stage raw lead is decoppered by gathering – cooling of raw lead from 800- to 600- and removing of dry slips, recooling to 350- and removing of fat slips. At the second stage raw lead thin decoppering is carried out with mixture containing 12-18 wt. % of iron alloy powder or as many iron-containing powder, the rest is powder-like sulfur which is mixed into molten lead by agitator in amount of 0.8- per 1 ton of raw lead. Iron alloy comprises 93-97 wt. % of iron and 7-3 w/w of nickel and iron-containing powder has composition 93-97 wt. % of powder-like iron and 7-3 wt. % of powder-like nickel, and the second stage is carried out at temperature of 350-. The invention provides reducing of lead consumption due to reducing its content in slips and decrease of two-oxide sulfur emissions.
