The device has a completely air sealed outer envelope opened only in a lower portion of walls and in a top portion of a roof. Specific volume of air created by the transfer of heat across a wall panel and a rain barrier is heated and evacuated by an extractor in the top portion by effect of chimney. A self adjustable thermodynamic insulation grill (3) allows regulation of air flow according to the temperature and humidity of the air heated on walls. An extraction outlet allows diffusion of the heated air towards outside in summer season and includes a ventilator controlled by a thermostat.
