The structure has a matrix including a set of logic cells (1) distributed on a substrate. Routing units of each cell are reconfigured periodically using reconfiguration information specific to each cell, so that the cells are electrically connected to one another according to a connection circuit different from one operating period to another operating period. The circuit associated with each period forms a Hamiltonian circuit between fixed input and output cells (1E, 1S) of the cell set. A reconfiguration message including the information is transmitted through the Hamiltonian circuit. The routing units are formed by multiplexing devices (12, 13), a controller (14) and a register (15).
