Disclosed in the present invention is a method of sending triggering information, comprising: an MTC-IWF authenticates an MTC server upon receiving triggering information from the MTC server; after authentication, the MTC-IWF obtains the IP address of an MTC UE; after obtaining the IP address of the MTC UE, the MTC-IWF sends triggering information to the MTC UE on the basis of the obtained IP address of the MTC UE and by means of a user plane network node apparatus; if the IP address of the MTC UE is not obtained, the MTC-IWF sends triggering information to the MTC UE by means of a control plane interface; the MTC-IWF sends a triggering information transmission report to the MTC server. The present invention also provides a system and device for sending triggering information. The technical solution of the present invention allows for the sending of triggering information. |
