The first rotating component and the second rotating component are on mutually different sides of the third rotating component in an alignment view of the differential mechanism, and one of the motors of the first motor and the second motor has a region that cannot be selected as a target controlled variable, the region being established in a range of the controlled variable that can be outputted.
