PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel isocyanurate compound that is expected to have an application as a raw material of a thermoplastic resin or a thermosetting resin, and that is excellent in the solubility to an organic solvent or a resin.SOLUTION: An oxiranylbenzyl isocyanurate compound is shown by the chemical formula. In the formula, X and Y are the same and denote one group selected from a methyl group, an allyl group, a glycidyl group or 4-oxiranylbenzyl group or X and Y are different, X denotes one group selected from a methyl group, an allyl group, and a glycidyl group, and Y denotes 4-oxiranylbenzyl group. |
