PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover glass for portable devices, capable of reducing manufacturing cost of a portable device and reducing thickness of a touch sensor module, a method for manufacturing the same and a touch sensor module for portable devices.SOLUTION: The cover glass for portable devices for protecting the display screen of a portable device has a first main surface and a second main surface facing each other in a plate thickness direction and comprises: a glass substrate where a groove depressed from the outside to the inside in the plate thickness direction is formed on the second main surface side; a transparent conductive film provided on the second main surface; and connection pads provided in the groove, constituting an electric input output terminal of the transparent conductive film and for electrically connecting the transparent conductive film and the outside of the transparent conductive film through electrical connection means arranged in the groove.
