PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for using condensed water as a combustion aid mixed in a petroleum fuel to enhance combustion efficiency. SOLUTION: When river water is subjected to ultrahigh-speed centrifugation, the filtrate obtained through ultrahigh pressure rotation and a porous filter with radiation properties changes into condensed water. Mixing the resultant condensed water with a petroleum fuel for a gasoline diesel oil leads to its association with the hydrogen of a hydrocarbon to facilitate the combustion of the fuel for improving combustion efficiency, and halves free carbon in an exhaust from an internal combustion engine having effected combustion. The above condensed water may be combined with condensed water consisting of ground water from a natural calcareous cave, water with radiation properties, and condensed water treated from an electromagnetic generator. The condensed water can find a wide range of uses in the field of medicine, beverage, factory water, breeding, and fermentation brewing, and may be utilized for purification at higher purity than when using deep sea water per se because of its reduced salt content relative to the water collected from deep sea.
