PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens drive device which can be thinned without lowering thrust of a mobile object.SOLUTION: In a lens drive device 1, the inner surface 171 facing a coil 31 of a magnet 17 is magnetized to one pole in a magnetic driving mechanism 5. At a substrate 2, a case constituting the outer shape of the lens drive device 1 comprises a yoke 18 including a front plate part 185 with an opening 180 at the center on the front side in the optical axis direction L of a mobile object 3, and a cylindrical barrel part 186 which extends from the outer edge of the front plate part 185 in the optical axis direction to hold the outer surface 172 of the magnet 17, the inner edge 185a of the front plate part 185 extends inside the inner surface 171 of the magnet 17, and is located inside the inner surface of the coil 31. A magnetic piece 130 held at the end in front of the optical axis direction of the mobile object 3 is located between the front end surface 173 and the front plate part 185 in the optical axis direction L. |
