PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration element that hardly causes peeling or positional deviation even if an oscillation body is joined to wire, allows easy processing of a joint, and is manufactured at a low cost.SOLUTION: A part of wire to be a torsion bar 31 is processed to form an oar-shaped planar shape part 51. A first plate member 33 and a second plate member 34 to be an oscillation body are then joined to the planar shape part 51. The planar shape part 51 may be in a loop shape or an L shape. When the planar shape part 51 is formed in an L shape, a weight may be added to get the balance between left and right of the torsion bar 31 and the oscillation body 32.
