PURPOSE: A typo correction method easily and swiftly corrects typos without selecting a delete function key. CONSTITUTION: A user inputs a target word or a target series of words at the current cursor position. The user's correction intention is recognized automatically or by the user's order for correction. One or more words or series of words inputted previously are replaced with the target word or the target series of words. The words or series of words replaced with the target are selected for their relevance to the target or parts of the target.
