PURPOSE: A noise-vibration analyzing device and a method are provided to simultaneously measure environmental vibration-noise and blasting vibration-noise, thereby analyzing the measured noise data and storing the same. CONSTITUTION: A noise-vibration analyzing method includes the following steps of: supplying power to a sensor unit depending on whether a program installed in an application processor is set or not (S310); checking whether a measurement command of a user is applied via an input unit or not (S320); collecting acoustic signals via a microphone of the sensor unit when the measurement command of the user is applied and collecting vibration data via an acceleration sensor of the sensor unit (S340); obtaining environmental vibration-noise data and blasting vibration-noise data from the collected acoustic signals and vibration data (S350); and storing or outputting the obtained environmental vibration-noise data and the blasting vibration-noise data (S360).
