PURPOSE: A cooling apparatus of construction machine is provided to rapidly respond to the higher temperature between the temperature of cooling water and hydraulic oil when the temperature difference between the temperature of cooling water and the hydraulic oil is excessive, and to control a control unit by a temperature sensing unit, thereby appropriately driving a fan. CONSTITUTION: A cooling apparatus of construction machine includes a first cooler (20), a second cooler (30), a fan (70), a temperature sensing unit (62), a control unit (60), and an air guide unit (100). The fan faces the first and second coolers, and passes air through the first and second coolers by being rotated by power that is received from a driving source. The temperature sensing unit is installed at the rotating shaft portion of the fan, and senses the vicinity temperature of the fan. The control unit controls the rotation driving of the fan by corresponding to the sensing result of the temperature sensing unit. The air guide unit is installed to the first cooler or the second cooler so that the air that has the higher temperature between the first and second coolers is guided to the temperature sensing unit.
