To ensure conductivity between a tab wire on which concave/convex portions are formed and electrodes of solar battery cells. A plurality of solar battery cells (2), each having two surfaces on which electrodes (11) and (13) are formed, a tab wire (3) that is provided with concave/convex portions (21) composed of peak portions (2 1 a) and bottom portions (21b) which continue in a longitudinal direction, and are alternately formed in a width direction on one of the surfaces, with the tab wire (3) being used for connecting the plural solar battery cells (2) in series with one after another, and an adhesive film (15) that is interposed between the electrodes (11) and (13) of the solar battery cells (2) and the tab wire (3) so as to connect the solar battery cells (2) and the tab wire (3) are installed, and in this structure, each of the solar battery cells (2) has a flow-in unit (16) in which a binder component of the adhesive film (15) is allowed to flow, which is formed on a connection unit to which the one of the surfaces with the concave/convex portions (21) formed thereon is connected. |
