PURPOSE: A combination relay to control a precharge relay and a main relay with one coil and a driving method thereof are provided to prevent a coil contact point from fusing by operating contact and separation using a low current. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor unit (100) applies a current to a relay coil. A precharge relay unit (200) charges a load. After a given time passes, the precharge relay unit operates an n-channel FET. A main relay unit (300) connects a main relay contact point and a precharge relay contract point. The main relay unit separates an insulator from the precharge relay contact point.
