PURPOSE: A floating flooring material including polylacticacid (PLA) resin and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the workability and formability as well as eco-friendly. CONSTITUTION: A floating flooring material including PLA resin (100) comprises: a floating board (130) formed with the PLA blended resin in which 10-70 weight parts of synthetic resin is mixed with the 100 weight parts of PLA resin; a printing layer (120) on the surface of the floating board; and a dimensional stability layer, in which glass fiber is impregnated with acryl resin, in the upper of lower part of the printing layer.
