<p>A panel (10) for use in furniture and interior design applications comprises a continuous outer skin (12) formed of polystyrene or high impact polystyrene. The skin (12) completely encapsulates a cellular plastic core (14). The core (14) is formed from a heat activated foamable plastic particulate material. The area of the largest face of the panel is greater than 1m2. Both skin and filler material may comprise recycled plastics.</p> |
