PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and integrally fix a clamp part having a vehicle body fixing part, which protrudes to a fixed piece and includes a dish spring part and a vehicle body locking part, to a resin portion formed so as to cover a wire harness body part.SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the wire harness, a forming die 30 is used, in which at least two split lower dies 40A and 40B for example used as a first die and at least one upper die 50 for example used as a second die are structured in a separable and combinable manner, and a die surface forming a housing space capable of housing at least a part of the wire harness body part and at least a part of a fixed piece 88 is formed with the dies combined. With the split lower dies 40A and 40B combined, in a lower die 40, a housing recessed part 44 for a vehicle body fixing part capable of housing a vehicle body fixing part 82 is formed so as to surround it, and a seal part 46 for partitioning the housing recessed part 44 for a vehicle body fixing part and the housing space by coming in contact with a clamp part 80 is also formed. |
