PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting machine with a body vice and a material feeding vice capable of surely fixing workpieces even if a plurality of the workpieces are bundled and simultaneously cut.SOLUTION: A band saw machine includes a cutting head 11 for performing cutting by moving a running band saw blade 21 to a cutting position. The band saw machine further includes: at an upstream side of a cutting traveling portion of the band saw blade, a body vice device 35 including a body intermediate reference vice 37, a left movable vice 39 freely approachable to and separable from a left side of the body intermediate reference vice, and a right movable vice 41 freely approachable to and separable from a right side of the body intermediate reference vice; and at a further upstream side of the body vice device, a feed vice device 47 including a feed intermediate reference vice 49 positioned in alignment with the body intermediate reference vice, and right and left movable vices 51, 53 freely approachable to and separable from respective both sides of the feed intermediate reference vice. Thus, two workpieces W1, W2 simultaneously or individually fed by the feed vice device can be individually clamped by the body vice device and simultaneously cut. |
