PURPOSE: A method and a system for arranging cables in a ship are provided to reduce the weight and number of cables in a ship by distributing the cables as internal cable connection with additional power distributing module. CONSTITUTION: A system for arranging cables in a ship comprises a main power part(110), a first power distributing module(122), a second power distributing module(132), and a monitoring part(140). The first power distributing module is arranged in a chart console part and distributes main power supplied from the main power part. The second power distributing module is arranged in a bridge console part including multiple devices and is connected to the first power distributing module with one common cable. The second power distributing module is respectively connected to the devices by internal cables to supply power receiving from the first power distributing module to the devices. The monitoring part monitors a cable connection state and a power supply state between the second power distributing module and the devices in the bridge console.
