PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve increased accuracy in measuring a three-dimensional position.SOLUTION: A second calculation unit calculates a three-dimensional position at a measurement position and an error of the three-dimensional position by using a first image, the measurement position, a second image, and a corresponding position. A selection unit determines, every time the second calculation unit calculates the three-dimensional position and the error, whether or not an image pair having a smaller error of the three-dimensional position than the error calculated by the second calculation unit exists among image pairs possibly made up by images included in multiple images. If the image pair exits, the selection unit selects the image pair. If the image pair does not exist, the selection unit confirms the three-dimensional position. The second calculation unit calculates, every time the selection unit selects the image pair, a new three-dimensional position at the measurement position and a new error by using a new first image included in the image pair, a first projected position where the three-dimensional position is projected onto the new first image, a new second image included in the image pair, and a second projected position where the three-dimensional position is projected onto the new second image. |
