PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a harness part of a sensor member with excellent seated performance.SOLUTION: A flow path part 17 includes: a linear groove part 18 formed on a seating side of a cushion material 6P; and a hole part 19 penetrating through the cushion material 6P in a thickness direction and communicated with the groove part 18. Air can pass through the groove part 18 via the hole part 19, and a harness part 30c can be arranged on a rear face side of the cushion material 6P by being made to pass through the hole part 19 while being arranged in the groove part 18.
