PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system capable of reducing a burden on a user who registers the same preference settings for a printer driver and a re-printing utility.SOLUTION: The printing system includes a terminal device and a printing control device. The terminal device includes: a setting unit for setting printing conditions for a processing object document; a generation unit for generating data on the processing object document described in a page description language, setting data indicating the printing conditions, and printing data including instruction information indicating registration of the printing conditions; and a transmission unit for transmitting the printing data. The printing control device includes: a storage unit which associates and stores the printing conditions and name information for identifying the printing conditions; a receiving unit for receiving the printing data; a recognition unit for recognizing that the printing data includes the instruction information; and a registration unit for storing the printing conditions indicated by the setting data included in the printing data in the storage unit when recognizing that the instruction information is included. |
