PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently communicate a communication connection management frame from a second communication device to a first communication device in the case of periodically turning off a transmitting/receiving unit of the first communication device in a communication system including the first and second communication devices.SOLUTION: A first communication device comprises a first power saving control unit for performing control to transmit a cancellation of power supply stop and resumption notice to a second communication device. A second communication device comprises: a second communication connection management frame generating unit for generating a communication connection management frame on the basis of a request; a second communication connection management unit, when transmission of the communication connection management frame is required, for performing control to transmit the communication connection management frame generated by its instruction to the second communication connection management frame generating unit to the first communication device; and a second power saving control unit for determining necessity of transmission of the communication connection management frame on the basis of the request before resuming power supply from the periodic stop in response to the received cancellation and resumption notice, and if transmission is necessary, for performing control to make the second communication connection management unit execute its function. |
