PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light irradiation technique that can suppress the application of glare to a front vehicle on a curved road.SOLUTION: A lighting control device for a vehicle front light includes: a vehicle detection part that detects position information of the front vehicle based on a front image of an own vehicle photographed by a camera; a high illumination point detection part that detects the position information of a maximum illumination point based on an illumination distribution within the image; and a light distribution control part that specifies a light shielding range based on the position information of the position information of the front vehicle and the position information of the maximum illumination point, generates a control signal according to a light distribution pattern having the light shielding range and outputs the signal to the vehicle front light.
