PURPOSE: A transportation device of a large-scale structure, such as wind power generation material, and a transport vehicle having the same is provided to transport a large-scale structure with a long length and to markedly reduce transportation time and cost. CONSTITUTION: A transportation device(1) of a large-scale structure, such as wind power generation material, comprises a base part(3) and a driving loading part(5). The base unit is loaded in a loading part(103) of a transport vehicle(101).
